Job summary

As a key member of the Global Executive Sourcing team you will support the establishment of a global sourcing function that leverages market intelligence to shape future strategies. You will employ a mix of innovative and traditional sourcing techniques along with exploring new and untapped opportunities to identify potential talent.


Responsibilities

Your role will involve building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the enterprise. You will collaborate with recruiters to match prospects to a wide range of career opportunities at Cognizant.

Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform sourcing strategies.

Develop and implement sourcing plans that align with the companys overall recruitment goals.

Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.

Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing progress and outcomes to the Global Executive Sourcing Leader.
