This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique and immersive rotational program as a first step in your career in technology. This full-time rotational program is geared toward providing multi-software platform exposure that focuses on the expansion of knowledge and real-life application within each. We are seeking innovative and energetic individuals who are excited about expanding their skill sets and accelerating their career path with immediate exposure to software applications.

For this position, you will be in the Developer Rotational Program, where you will be joining the Axos Consumer Information Technology Group. You will get to be a part of a team responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge software driven solutions. As you progress through the program, you will rotate into different complementary areas within the Developer track where roles and responsibilities will change. The final goal of the program is permanent placement within your area of focus. For those looking to make an impact this is where it begins.

The teams you will begin with in this role will revolve around both front-end and back-end software development. Through the different rotations completed, you will gain the knowledge and skills to provide enterprise level solutions.

This position is on-site and will be located at our HQ in San Diego, California.

Responsibilities:

Create robust customers experiences within web and email through HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptDevelop custom interfaces with .NET frameworkDesign, develop, maintain applications/solutions with low code platformsConfigure workflows that utilize optical character recognition technology to automate the capture of information from documentsWork within document management systems to enhance storage and access of digital contentAnalyze code for problem resolution and enhancementsDevelop and test technology solutions to improve business processesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any and all issues within various software platformsUtilize business tools available and analyze current methods to determine efficiency gaps and areas for possible enhancementsAssist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new solutionsBuilding and maintenance Visualforce /Aura components and LWC Interfaces with external REST-type/SOAP systemsProcess BuilderFlows and Workflows rulesCalls to Web ServicesPerform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements
