They are looking for a designer with 2-4 years of experience in corporate/commercial design and a go-getter attitude. This role will enable a young designer to grow and learn under a team of seasoned professionals, while working collaboratively alongside other team members and partners.

 

The role entails..

generating design concepts; such as floor plan analysis, visual design concepts and finish selections Communicating with partners (including: contractors, owners, project managers and consultants) through the project, from schematic design to construction administration Collaborating on projects with design team at all levels documentation and development of construction documents - and coordinating with MEP requirements conducting preliminary field surveys to document existing conditions Coordinate materials and assist in the production of project specifications

The candidate should have..

professional degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited university strong attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills proficiency in Revit is a must Problem-solving skills and developed communication skills
