YOUR ROLE

·Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare planning, forecasting, and internal monthly financial statements.

·Decision Support: Provide information, reports, and analysis to support decision-making in various functions and business units (BUs/SBUs).

·Communication: Actively communicate controlling relevant topics to functions and BUs/SBUs.

·Cost Monitoring: Monitor the cost development of planned objectives and prepare deviation analysis.

·Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines in terms of financial reporting.

·Knowledge Sharing: Spread financial controlling knowledge and awareness across the company.

·Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools.

·Project Execution: Participate in and execute various projects as required.

YOUR SKILLS

·Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

·Previous experience in a similar role.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Advanced English

·Tools & Reporting ERP systems
