Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Junior Java Developer for a client in the Dayton, OH area for a contract to hire position. This resource will be focused on building and enhancing the clients proprietary application framework which follows a membership or subscription technology model. This will require full stack java development background, 60% backend and 40% frontend development. The framework provides support to data, security, and layouts to streamline membership applications, onboarding. On a day to day, youll work with the senior developer on the client site, so this will require the candidate to be local to Dayton. Other responsibilities will include working in an Agile development process, troubleshooting software issues, perform some limited QA testing and documentation. You will also be designing and implementing data models to support application features. Additional responsibilities include; active communication with the team and direct customer, integrate APIs to enhance the application.
