Jr Business Analyst
**About the Role** As a **Program** **Specialist** on the **Delivery LatAm Customer Support team**, you’ll play a foundational role in working on reducing customer defects by turning data into action. You will support our most critical programs by building the data structures, tools, and insights needed to investigate issues, monitor performance, and drive smarter decision-making. This is a highly hands-on, technical role, ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities who is eager to understand the business and grow into a cross-functional problem-solver. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and Analysts, gradually increasing your exposure to stakeholders and developing your ability to influence decisions with data. **What you'll do:** 1. Own the data backbone of the Defect Reduction engine: scrapping, structuring, validating, and visualizing large volumes of customer support data 2. Build and maintain automated trackers, dashboards, and alert systems to flag performance trends 3. Conduct root cause analysis on top support issues and translate findings into actionable insights 4. Collaborate with Program Managers to generate hypotheses and support the evaluation of pilots and experiments 5. Begin to engage with Ops and CommOps stakeholders to surface findings and support data-driven decisions 6. Continuously seek opportunities to automate manual processes and improve team productivity **Basic Qualifications** 1. +1 years of proven experience in data analytics working for any industry 2. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets 3. Analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems through data 4. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication habits 5. Eagerness to grow business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Experience in support, marketplace operations, or customer experience 2.
