**Job Title: Journeyman Plumber**
**Job Description**
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions. Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety standards. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues, solutions, and costs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
+ Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
+ Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues, solutions, and costs.
+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
**Essential Skills**
+ Plumbing
+ Plumbing design
+ Valid Minnesota plumbing license
+ Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
