Job Title: Journeyman Plumber

Job Description

We are focused on Commercial Construction projects in Plymouth, MN. We seek a hard-working and reliable individual to join, collaborate, and help assist with our continued growth. We are ramping up to add a new Journeyman Plumber to our team.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildingsRead blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systemsAssemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixturesTest plumbing systems for leaks and other issuesCollaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installationsProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsEssential SkillsPossess MN Journeyman Card or able to obtain in next 12 monthsProficiency in basic math for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipesKnowledge of HVAC systems and their interaction with plumbing systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environmentsFamiliarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing workAdditional Skills & QualificationsConstruction experiencePlumbing experienceExperience with new constructionExperience with blueprint readingExperience with pipingWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work primarily in commercial retail environments. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6/7 am to 2:30/3:30 pm, depending on the project. Some travel is required for this position, and the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. A vehicle and gas card will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
