Job Description

What You’ll Do: 
As our Concept Manager for Bosch Modules, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: 

Strategic Budget Planning: Take charge of budget management to ensure optimal resource allocation. 

Business Development: Craft and execute business plans that propel our marketing initiatives forward. 

Creative Advertising & Promotion: Design and implement captivating advertising campaigns that resonate with our customers. 

Engaging Customer Presentations: Showcase our value offerings in compelling presentations that win hearts and minds. 

Value Offer Creation: Develop and enhance our portfolio of marketing elements to meet the evolving needs of our clients. 

Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with all the tools and assets they need to shine at the customer level. 

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address any challenges that arise. 

Administrative Excellence: Manage essential administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. 

Qualifications

Who You Are: 
You’re not just a marketer; you’re a visionary with a passion for the automotive industry! You bring: 

Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, with a proven track record of success. 

Personality: An outgoing, energetic character who thrives in a team environment. 

Creativity: A knack for thinking outside the box and overcoming challenges. 

Customer Focus: A strong ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional results. 

Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience in the automotive aftermarket sector. 

Collaboration Skills: You love working in international teams and value diverse perspectives. 

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
