**Job Title: Job Shop Machinist** **Pay & Shift** $20-$28hr 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm (OT on Fridays and some saturdays. **Job Description** Machinists will be working in a job shop environment making parts for industrial clients. The shop is equipped with multiple manual lathes and presses as well as 2 new Okuma CNC machines. The machinist will be responsible for setting up, changing out, and running machines, as well as reading blueprints to create specific parts. **Responsibilities** + Set up, change out, and operate manual and CNC machines. + Read and interpret blueprints to create specific parts. + Operate manual lathes and presses. + Ensure precision and quality in the machining process. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC machining. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with machine setups and change outs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with manual machining is a plus. + Familiarity with lathe and press machines. + Tool and die skills. **Why Work Here?** Great family-owned company offering the opportunity to transition to a direct position.
