A hip and dynamic Interior Architecture studio is seeking a Job Captain to join their San Francisco studio! The ideal candidate is passionate about all aspects of design and production, and has 5+ years of experience working on on multiple small to mid-size workplace interiors projects.


Responsibilities
 

Take ownership for all plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction Create drawings and details for technically complex interiors and building renovation projects Coordinate construction documents with designers, consultants, engineers and vendors Attends site meetings and RFI responses Supervise design, coordinate quality assurance, and documentation of several design staff Directs and develops construction solutions with the General Contractor

Qualifications

 

5+ years’ experience working in the architecture industry Degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university Licensure a plus Technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of California buildings codes and compliance Critical thinker, detail orientated, and quality communicator
