About the role
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows, permissions, and schemes to enhance operational efficiency. Continuous Optimization: Regularly review and improve Jira configurations to ensure top performance and resolve technical challenges swiftly. Training and Support: Lead workshops, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior administrators. About you Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Jira as an Administrator, Consultant, Solution Architect. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including workflows, automation, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner). Integration Know-How: Proven experience connecting Jira with third-party tools and platforms via APIs. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles. Language: English Desired, but not required: Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120 Jira Administration, ACP-600 Project Administration) Spanish knowledge
