Java Developer (EFT, SWIFT, Money Transfer)

Job description

We are currently seeking a seasoned Java Developer to join our dynamic banking/finance team at Amaris Consulting. The role will be based in Turkey, offering a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities; Develop high-quality software design and architecture using Java technologies. Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle. Maintain legacy systems with the knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Must have experience with EFT, SWIFT or Money Transfer. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with strong debugging capabilities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team setting. Possess good understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements;

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in Java Development along with a deep understanding of related frameworks such as Spring & Spring Boot. A minimum of four years' experience is required for this position. 

You possess minimum 4 years’ professional experience in Java Development including hands-on expertise with Spring & Spring Boot framework.

You possess knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), software design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and service design principles.

You have experience in developing applications with Oracle Relational DB.

You have a strong understanding of Hibernate and JDBC.

PL/SQL knowledge is big plus.

You are familiar with Spring Framework, Spring WS, Spring Rest, and Maven.

You are eager to learn new technologies and enthusiastic about sharing your expertise.

You have strong knowledge and experience in using both SVN and modern SCM tool Git.

Your proficiency extends beyond just coding - you have a solid grounding in systems development lifecycles.

You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for complex challenges.
