Title: Java Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Clearance/Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Public Trust Suitability (takes 4-6 weeks)

We are an established team of support Custom Border Protection (CBP) at Cargo Systems Program Directorate (CSPD). The vision is a streamlined, paperless, single window electronic filing using Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) systems.

Must be local to the area. Working from home 100% allowed.

Job requirements:

3+ years of Java development experience, Java 11 and higher
Experience developing against relational databases and solid SQL querying skills
2+ years’ experience of programming frameworks like Spring or Angular
2+ years’ experience with web services development – SOAP/REST
2+ years’ experience of UI development
Experience writing automated unit tests
Knowledge/experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git and AWS
Experience working on an Agile Team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience
