What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Java Developer working close to one of our main clients in the banking sector, in an international project. 

Location: 100% remote for people based in Spain

 

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Develop and maintain Java- based applications following best practices and industry standards. Implement solutions on the AWS platform ensuring scalability, reliability and security. Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project execution and delivery. Implement and execute Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches. Design and implement event driven architectures. Utilize continuous integration tools such as Git, GitHub and Jenkins for seamless development workflows.

Mandatory skills:

Fluent in English Proficiency in Java (at least 3 years of working experience) programming (versions 8/11/17) with a strong understanding of its ecosystems. Proven experience working with AWS services and architecture. In-depth knowledge an application of Agile Methodologies. Strong expertise in TDD and BDD practices and frameworks. Experience in designing event driven systems. Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Git, GitHub, Jenkins). Exposure to pre-production and/or production deployments in cloud environments. Preferred experience with modern Frontend frameworks. (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)
