Job Description – Architect
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop comprehensive architectural plans and oversee the implementation of integrated systems that align with business goals
· Collaborate with business and enterprise architects to understand strategies and provide technical guidance to development teams, helping them resolve complex technical issues and ensuring adherence to architectural standards
· Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within budget, resource and business constraints
· Engage with engineering teams, offering assistance on new and ongoing projects for design & architecture, and demonstrations of emerging technologies
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain technical solutions, their benefits, and potential impacts on the organization
· Maintain detailed architectural blueprints, technical standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in system design and implementation
· Present a decision matrix with solution recommendations and rationale of preferred design options to stakeholders and ensure its adoption for the implementation
· Work with delivery teams to identify and mitigate technical debt in architecture aspect, both short-term and strategically
· Continuously enhance technical knowledge and apply innovative solutions using emergent technologies
· Design reusable frameworks and promote the adoption of frameworks and architecture patterns among engineering teams
· Work collaboratively with engineering teams to derive and implement non functional requirements
· Guide engineering teams to deliver secure solutions that conform to enterprise architecture standards
· Perform the reviews on the code base and enable engineers to adopt best practices and ensure the architecture is followed
Required Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
· 12+ years of experience in technology with 4+ years of Architecture experience
· 4+ years of experience dedicated to implementing and integrating technology solutions, spanning data engineering, cloud solutions, system integration, solution design, development/configuration, and deployment
· 4+ years of experience navigating complex business problems and solution options involving multiple domains and technologies
· Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, complex architectural projects from conception to implementation
· 4+ years of experience effectively communicating solutions and patterns to a geographically diverse workforce, including senior leaders and various resource groups
· 4+ years of experience with industry-standard architecture principles, design patterns, best practices, and technologies
· 4+ years of experience in technical roles at an architect or senior engineer level
· 4+ years of experience specializing in enterprise services that provide top-tier experiences, with a solid emphasis on non-functional requirements
· 4+ years of experience directly involving design or delivery of systems and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in the programming languages, such as Java, SpringBoot
· Experience in working with Kakfa, APIs and GraphQL
· Proficiency in the web and mobile technologies such as React JS, React Native and Abyss framework
· Professional experience in architecting and implementing solutions on public cloud platforms such as Amazon, Google and Azure
· Expertise in Healthcare domain
Required Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Engineering (any Engineering Graduate with 15+ years of experience)#techhiringevent
