We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Janitorial Staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and safe for all employees and visitors. This position involves various cleaning duties throughout our production facility, offices, and outdoor areas.

Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30am)Empty glass bead containers twice daily outside the facility and clean up any glass beads on the ground, around dumpsters, and behind fence areas. Sweep around all dumpsters, pick up trash, and roll up water hoses to maintain cleanliness.Empty all production recycle bins daily, including co-mingle, trash, compost, PPE, metal bins, and molding bins. Bale cardboard/paper and clear plastic shrink wrap/bags according to International Paper standards.Remove pallets from receiving ramp and packaging areas, stacking them neatly by recycle bins daily.Empty mezzanine recycle bins, trash bins, and 3 areas of recycle bins in lunchrooms and kitchenettes. Bag all clear plastic wrap/bags.Clean main aisle ways in production using a scrubber or sweep, pick up trash in production areas, hallways, lunchrooms, and countertops.Janitorial Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience need Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
