An active TS with eligibility for SCI, ACCM, SAP, and IJSTO is MANDATORY
In this role, you will provide exercise and wargame planning and assessments specialist support to the S4S in support of exercise, wargaming, exercise planning, analysis, and readiness needs.
A perfect candidate will have deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified joint wargames, exercises, tabletop exercises, and rehearsal of concept drills. You will:
Conduct operational staff assessments for exercises and real-world situation, plans, and operations IAW JP 3.0.Provide staff assessments to CDR S4S consisting of objectives, effects, tasks, MOE, MOP, and indicators.Provide exercise assessments for one Tier 1 exercise and two Tier 2 exercises annually.Provide real-world assessments continuously and coordinate among DoD, Allies, and Mission Partners.Maintain integration with DoD, Allies, and Mission Partner operations and activities to ensure current and accurate staff assessments including attendance at O&I updates, working groups, OPTs, observations of real world and exercise events, and collaboration with counterparts.Work Environment:

An active TS with eligibility for SCI, ACCM, SAP, and IJSTO is MANDATORYBA/BS or MA/MS desired.Previous experience supporting USSPACECOM J7 desired.Demonstrated experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified joint wargames, exercises, tabletop exercises, and rehearsal of concept drills.Demonstrated experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians.The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF, SAP-F, etc.)Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours a week
Basic Compensation:
$150,000 – $175,000 Annually
This range is for California only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
