LIFE AS AN IVVQ MANAGER AT THALES
As an IVVQ Manager at Thales, you will take charge of all test-related activities and play a key role in ensuring the quality and integration of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and maintaining the overall IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification) strategy
Adapting the IVVQ environment, including processes, practices, tools, and HSE standards
Coordinating all IVVQ activities: setting priorities, building integration schedules, conducting tests, analyzing results, and feeding insights back to development teams
Leading technical facts commissions (e.g., JIRA)
Managing team workload to ensure timelines are met, monitoring group KPIs, and implementing corrective actions when needed
Ensuring the IVVQ team meets expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
Defining test benches and monitoring test progress
Consolidating and reporting test results
Contributing to qualification, acceptance, and certification processes
Supporting knowledge-sharing and capitalisation efforts within the department
Participating in budgeting and planning during offer preparation
Ensuring all requirements are clearly testable
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (e.g., Aeronautics, Space, Computer Science) and have 5+ years of experience in IVVQ
You already operate as an IVVQ Manager, with hands-on experience managing teams and executing complex test plans and procedures
You’re ready to lead all aspects of IVVQ—from selecting the right methods and resources to overseeing full test execution
You enjoy team leadership, mentoring, and helping employees grow through training and regular feedback
You’re committed to delivering high-quality solutions and building strong, lasting relationships with customers
