Proficient in development, installation & support of genesys inbound applications, GVP Composer. Proficient in development, installation & support of eServices applications like Email, Chat, SMA and Social Network applications and analysing issues with corresponding servers like Media servers, Interaction Server, UCS, Stat Server, ORSURS
