Detailed Job Description:

AMS Support for Apigee application during onshore hours. Able to quickly analyze production issues and communicate to stakeholders accordingly. Suggest workaround as needed when immediate resolution cannot be found. Candidate should be able to do onsite\Offshore co-ordination. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Strong communication, problem-solving skill

Support Apigee and Apigee Dev Portal production environments. Daily coordination with client and offshore Resolve critical issues on production servers
