Strong Development experience in NICE

Technical:

Good understanding of NICE inContact platform and it’s capabilities Hands on experience with NICE studio application development in an enterprise setting Excellent understanding and experience using API integrations Experience with CTI integration with CRM platform Thorough working understanding of VOIP Familiarity with database configuration and stored procedures Familiarity with salesforce would be good to have Familiarity with data streaming solutions on Kafka and Kinesis platforms is a plus Familiarity with voice and data Networking concepts

Personal Skills:

Excellent communication skills Good listener Quick Lerner with good analytical skills Out of the Box thinking and creative
