Detailed Job Description:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Norfolk, VA or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of Information Technology experience At least 5 years of experience in .Net Atleast 4 years of experience in Healthcare domain preferably in Provider domain Atleast 4 years of experience in SQL Work on complex query indexes, index management, and statistics. Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours. Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
