Monitor project progress to assure deadlines, cost targets are met, Find out the best practices from what is currently used, prototype them and share it with client to get new CRs created and get additional revenue to the team Work closely with Client on upcoming requirements. Provide thought leadership to the customer on performance, scalability and security, modularity, interoperability and upgradability. Manage the development of proof of concepts around solution components and playing
