Experience with Big Data Ecosystem, tools and languages (Kafka, Spark, Hive, Python, Airflow, low latency data stores) Building a Streaming platform AWS Experience (S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR) Help to create data ingestion and delivery frameworks and transformation scripts  Lead and mentor other team members Migration from DataStage to Matillion  Migration from Oracle Data Warehouse to Redshift
