Database administration Strong Hands on experience Oracle PLSQL Block BI Publisher APEX experience  Table design including normalization Database backups and recovery is a plus but not necessary File Imports and schedule of data load in staging  Understanding the way databases work with cloud applications is also a plus   Strong communication skills and ability to interact with client, work and lead offshore team, track daily progress and report same to JCI
