Detailed Job Description:

10+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as Appian Architect Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory Build and support applications using Appian Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features End to end technical design, development, stabilization and enhancement of Appian applications Create data model designs, SQL Queries and/or Stored Procedures Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories Build and share reusable components

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements B: Work on enhancement, change request from LOB Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task Able to work on the task independently Adhere / Conduct / Participate in standard agile process Willing to provide support after office hours if needed Follow release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes

Required Knowledge:

Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications Very Good knowledge in Software Development Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently Attitude to learn new technologies
