Must Have Skills:

Has experience with Computing Network support, troubleshooting and configuration. Preferably with Cisco devices Team player. Has ability to integrate well with peer technical domains in Intel IT (InfoSec, HPC, etc) Ability to establish trust and good working relations with IT Ability to understand customer requirements and put them on the ground. Very sensitive and flexible to customer needs, expectations and timelines Ability to deliver solutions at times of pressure. Good English is required. Ability to provide service on Intel sites in Hillsboro OR

The Following will be an advantage:

Experience in Intel IT environment and support is a great advantage Some experience with Network Security / Firewalls management and configuration would be a great advantage

Scope of work will be:

Provide L2 network support for existing and new network components (include but not limited to troubleshooting, incident management and service requests) Complete Switch installation, maintenance and configuration activities Responsible for implementing standard changes Assist project teams on major projects by owning some of the tasks. This can include creating change documentation and implementation Report out to Customer/program as Network representative, when needed
