Resource should have experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests Resource should be able to do RCA and come up with preventive solutions for issues identified Should have Pega application Pega hands on experience along with CS Framework Should be able to collaborate with Business, Dev and other teams to analyze and fix issues Resource should have experience in Production support processes including SLA, OLAs etc. Problem resolution skills is needed Should have good communication skills Should have deployment knowledge Should be able to identify Incident patterns and provide solutions to prevent them Automation knowledge will be added advantage Good to have DevOps skills
