The IT Technician is responsible for user technical support, user training, hardware/software installation, account maintenance, logging and inventory.
+ Primary Responsibilities:
+ User applications support, primarily Ring Central
+ User hardware support (desktop, printers, etc.)
+ Hardware/software installation
+ Log and track IT issues
+ User training, primarily Ring Central
+ User accounts maintenance
+ Hardware inventory and documentation
+ Backups/restores
+ Shared Responsibilities:
+ Server applications
+ Support for enterprise systems planning/rollouts
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred
+ 2+ years of relevant experience required
Compensation and Benefits :
+ Salary: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
