Full-Time IT Technician Reports To: IT Manager Queens/Manhattan, New York United States The IT Technician is responsible for user technical support, user training, hardware/software installation, account maintenance, logging and inventory. + Primary Responsibilities: + User applications support, primarily Ring Central + User hardware support (desktop, printers, etc.) + Hardware/software installation + Log and track IT issues + User training, primarily Ring Central + User accounts maintenance + Hardware inventory and documentation + Backups/restores + Shared Responsibilities: + Server applications + Support for enterprise systems planning/rollouts + Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications : + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred + 2+ years of relevant experience required Compensation and Benefits : + Salary: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year + Medical insurance + Employer-paid dental, vision, disability and life insurance + 403(b) retirement savings plan + Flexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent care + Paid time off (28 days for the first year of employment) + Employee Assistance Program + Tuition reimbursement for eligible employees, and + The Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
