Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills: Test Environment Management Help desk management Project management Customer communications Provides technical leadership and oversight of the engineering and operations team, and related vendors Detailed Job Description: Proven relevant experience in environment management of test systems gained as an environment test analyst Controlled deployment for QA environment (Setting up and endorsement of Change mgmt. process for controlled deployment) Dedicated Test Environment for QA (Setting up and streamlining Test Environment) A strong understanding and working knowledge of online, middleware and automation technologies from both a technical and service perspective, specifically developing environment strategies and deployment plans and methods Experience of leading a dispersed team within a large global organization Experience of working with 3rd party vendors using an offshore model Stakeholder management Use of defect tracking systems, version control systems and monitoring systems Planning, controlling, and managing the environment provisioning, deployment and support effort for any given development release bring in maturity to L1 support (e.g. establish Incident Management, Problem Management etc.)
