IT Systems Analyst Technician/Accounts Payable

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist with review, analysis and documentation of requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Information Technology Accounts Payable

Ability to use accounting software or systems:  ie Coupa and SAPReview and verify invoices and check requests for accuracy and completenessSort, code, and match invoices to purchase orders or contractsEnter and upload invoices into the accounting system or softwarePrepare and process electronic or paper checks, wire transfers, or online paymentsTrack and monitor the status of payments and invoicesReconcile accounts payable transactions and statementsResearch and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies and issuesMaintain vendor files and contact informationPrepare and maintain reports and records of accounts payable activitiesComply with financial policies and procedures

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsAnalytical and interpretive skillsStrong organizational skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood negotiation skillsAbility and willingness to take initiativeAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines
