Experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for users facing issues with both corporate and local applications. This role also includes offering support in data analytics, helping users to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows related to business applications.

Knowledge of E2E business process to be capable to understand business needs and to provide advanced technical support for local applications and databases
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
Be an IT data guardians (structured and non structured) and support the business on BI and Business Reporting
Providing advanced technical support for workstations and office applications. Installing, maintaining, administering and updating systems; setting up security parameters to ensure that all systems are operating properly.
Providing training and awareness campaigns to users on local applications, technologies and equipment and promoting compliance with corporate and local safety, sustainability and compliance policies

Salary – £27,083 - £33,896 + 5% OTE bonus dependant on experience.
