Job Description:
As the IT Support Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring the organization’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly, supporting staff in leveraging technology effectively, and troubleshooting any technical challenges that arise. You will have the opportunity to participate in exciting enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Drive innovative technology solutions that directly address critical business challenges and improve efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and expert support for a wide range of software and hardware.
Guide staff towards seamless and productive use of technology, optimizing their workflows and maximizing resource utilization.
Participate in exciting enterprise-wide IT initiatives, contributing your skills and expertise to drive organizational success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting PCs, networks, and servers.
In-depth understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
Solid grasp of Windows 7/10/365 and Server 2003/2008/2012 operating systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $61,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
