JOB SUMMARY
IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing expert solution knowledge within the TURN BHS IT technology stack consisting of hardware, software, business implementations, recommended practices, maintenance of live applications, and process design. A robust knowledge of hardware, software, and business applications pertaining to Office 365, HRIS, EHR, HCIS, and Healthcare IT is expected for success in this role. The IT Support Engineer is also responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the Information Technology team.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS required or equivalent experience in lieu of degreeAt least 2 years of experience in implementing IT solutions to healthcare organizations or similarExperience in solution benefits identification, development, and reportingAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft E3 and E5 SuiteDemonstrated competency in at least one of the following scripting languages: Perl, PHP, or PythonDemonstrated competency in PowerShellKnowledge of EHR solutions for which they are assignedKnowledge of PII/HIPAA/HI-TECH rules and regulationsFamiliarity with scripted solutions using REST/SOAP protocolsExperience with Microsoft O365 and AzureExperience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ADStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsEffective teamwork abilitiesEnjoys work in an office environment and in the field working with diverse populationsAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate with a teamAbility to communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, with employees, management, and othersHighly organized, thorough and able to self-monitor work for qualityAbility to follow instructions, timely respond to management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to problem solve, set priorities, and react appropriately to emergency situationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
