IT Solutions Partner (Full Time) - Mississauga, ON

Primary Purpose
Reporting to the Linde Canada Director of IT, the IT Solutions Partner will work with both IT and business teams to develop and deliver technical projects that align with business strategy and objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication between IT and business teams and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

Create and manage the technical aspect of defined solutionsWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements, and create technical solutions that meet business needs.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.Analyze systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.Prepare and present information to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Intermediate level of experience in software implementationExperience with the use or support of an ERP - preferably J.D. Edwards.Proven ability to coordinate, articulate and resolve issues as relates to infrastructure, applications and process.Experience in partnering with the business to deliver solutions

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Good working knowledge on using, Management Console for SQL Server and some hands-on experience with SharePointAbility to assess and evaluate new software against business requirementsHands-on technical experience in software development or IT infrastructureKeep abreast of the new technologies introduced within LindeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
