Your mission will beâŚ
⢠Maintain and manage an assigned portion of the Siemens IT Service Portfolio⢠Supervise the lifecycle of IT services and service offerings⢠Ensure portfolio compliance with Siemens service design criteria and service offering guidelines⢠Cordinate the cooperation and buy-in of stakeholders like value center heads, service owners and service managers, to ensure data compliance, accuracy and currency⢠Manage data relationships towards neighboring data domains, e.g. towards budgeting or underpinning contracts. ⢠Drive end-to-end service integration and impact management by ensuring documentation of dependencies between IT services and between IT services and IT applications⢠Pinpoint portfolio inconsistencies and underlying issues through reporting and data analysis⢠Drive portfolio management related process and tooling improvement⢠Provide portfolio management related support and guidance⢠Act as operational escalation contact for process related questions⢠Collaborate with respective management, e.g. to resolve escalations
We are looking for someone with⌠â˘You have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT portfolio management, IT service management, or an equivalent familiarity with IT services and applications.â˘You have analytical skills to analyze data, data structures, and draw conclusionsâ˘You have a strong desire to detect optimization potential and act upon it â˘You have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Advanced proficiency in the English language is mandatory.â˘You have the ability to build long-term relationships with internal colleagues and external providersâ˘You are a team player and enjoy working in an international and cross-functional teamâ˘You also have the ability to work independently and take decisions where necessaryâ˘You have a passion for customer serviceâ˘You may have experience with IT outsourcing, IT contracting, service level and KPI definitionâ˘You may have experience of working in a ServiceNow environmentâ˘ITIL certifications are a plus.
