Functional testing of new technologies (following specific test procedures for tool verification prior to shipment). Windows Server builds, Configuring platforms, memory configuration, processor changes, firmware upgrades and troubleshooting Verification of both software and hardware tools Regression testing for software releases Assistance at client driven customer events (providing power supplies, cables, movement of equipment to and from shipping docks, creating documentation for tracking inter - building transfers for shipments, etc.). General lab support including networking, tracking of preproduction hardware,disposition/recycling of older hardware, water falling equipment, etc Provide real time list of hardware availability and status (High value parts- CPU/PCH/DIMMs,systems - in storage or being actively worked on, etc.
