Detailed Job Description:

Strong production support background managing Physical/Virtual environments (minimum 5-8 years experience) The candidate must have the ability to bridge the gap when working with the Product, Platform, Tools and Application teams Experience working on Confluence, JIRA (minimum 3-4 years experience) Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Control-M (minimum 2-3 years of experience) Ability to identify opportunities for automation of Operations services Must have the inclination/flexibility to learn tools that are in play within the environment. Include functions like job status monitoring, system health monitoring, system capacity profiling and monitoring, system usage and reporting.  Ability to work in a 24X7 global model and collaborate with teams spread across geographies. Incident Management and Automation experience Awareness of cloud technology and models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Familiar with broad applications/approaches of technology

Other Skills:
