IT Security Program Manager
**Job ID Number** R4647 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Onsite **Job Summary** As the IT Security Program Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of large IT/Information Security program. **Job Description** We are looking for an **IT Security Program Manager** who will be responsible for the management and delivery of large IT/Information Security program/projects, ensuring consistency of processes across the various tracks. This position will be a **full-time** 10 month contract and **on-site** . **What You'll Do** + Program Management: Manage and monitor inter-connected IT/Security projects across various teams, as it relates to your projects, to ensure dependencies are exposed and scope is well understood + Track and monitor program status, ensuring risks are reviewed & mitigated, issues are escalated & resolved, and changes are documented & approved (utilizing client’s PPM solution) + Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, with key stakeholders, to help ensure a holistic and thorough solution/view of the program + Ensure proper and timely program communication to all internal and external stakeholders (status reports, steering committee, resource managers, etc.) + Facilitate reviews of key Security program/projects with Sr Management + Planning: Facilitate cross-team planning and estimation of your IT Security related projects. Facilitate scope discussions and help ensure there is alignment on what is in scope across the involved teams and leadership + Prioritization: Help facilitate prioritization conversations if resource contention, or other project-related issues, arise. Facilitate appropriate escalation to leadership if conflicts cannot be resolved + Team Structure & Staffing: Ensure your project/program teams are adequately staffed for the flawless execution of Security projects. Forecast and track team resource needs + Budget Management: Proactively and accurately manage your Security program/project financials to meet department planning, forecasting, and reporting deadlines + Risk Management: Own tracking and mitigating risk & issues across your Security program track(s) + Communications Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security (e.g., IT, Business, Networking, Systems, Finance, Vendors, etc), as it relates to your projects **What You'll Need** Required: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + 3+ years of Information Security experience + 5+ years of Information Technology experience + 5+ years of experience in managing small teams and projects + Strong leadership skills + Excellent written & verbal communication skills + Expert with Microsoft Office suite of applications + Familiarity with PPM solutions (e.g., Workfront, Jira) for managing programs + Deep and broad experience with IT environments including network, data centers and related technology applications + Familiarity with information security frameworks such as with PCI DSS, ISO 27001 or NIST + Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, project management, and leading through influence + Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers and management; experience at building effective working relationships throughout the organization + Proactive, self-starter able to jump in, ramp-up and lead without a lot of oversight or direction + Must have ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals + Remains current with industry trends, especially as related to contemporary project management techniques as they impact corporate objectives + Accepts accountability Preferred: + Relevant certification in project management **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor \#LI-KM1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
