We (Copious Software) are looking for a Junior/Trainee IT Recruiter who could assist us with our daily challenges of making people's career dreams come true.

Role & Responsibility

Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.Ensure a high level of data administration with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.Source a pipeline of technical candidates from our internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.Master applicant tracking software and navigate efficiently through internal systems.

QualificationsAny Degree.The candidate having Recruitment /HR related Degree or Diploma or currently pursuing studies in this field will be given preference.
