Job overview and responsibilities
The PMO Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the ERP Rebuild Project Management Office by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various aspects of the overall project. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies. The PMO Coordinator works closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within a PMO environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
