Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Risk and issue management, communications and stakeholder management Recommend course of action regarding project issues/concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues to senior IT management as necessary Ensure the project remains within financial and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of all project deliverables Develop and exercise scope change control

Skill Set:

Experience with enterprise project management platforms, including integration activities associated with other database backend systems like financial management systems, CRMs and LIMS. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals. Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis. Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio. Highly organized with good time management skills. Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
