IT Project Manager
In order to be considered the following is required:
Project management skills (preferably with certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) Excellent understanding of technology solutions and their business impact Proven experience in managing change initiatives within an organization Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery:
Plan, manage, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope and budget Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocations Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-implementation review Ensure that project outcomes align with business needs and strategic goals Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of technology initiatives Assess the impact of technology changes on people, processes and systems Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive engagement Provide training, support and documentation to ensure successful transitions Monitor and evaluate change adoption and address any resistance Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and challenges Act as a point of contact between technology teams and business stakeholders Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for technology solutions Facilitate workshops, meetings and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment Innovation and Technology Adoption:
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for business benefits Lead the implementation of innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization Risk and Quality Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure that technology solutions meet quality standards and business requirements Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness Address issues and challenges promptly to minimize project disruptions Team Leadership and Development:
