For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance_ _._ **Responsibilities:** + Demonstrated ability to conduct productive and efficient meetings to ensure effective communication within the project team. + Hands-on experience in financial project management reporting, including burn rates and other relevant metrics. + Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to streamline project planning, execution, and reporting. + Thorough understanding of documentation requirements for projects, including Business, Technical, and Testing documentation + Work collaboratively with existing team members, including Scrum Master, Tester, and Business Analysts, and actively contribute to the growth of the team. + Take charge of project initiatives, demonstrating the ability to proactively identify and address challenges without constant supervision. + Possess excellent interpersonal skills, clear spoken communication, and a positive personality to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. + Proven experience as a dedicated Project Manager with a passion for project management and a track record of successful project deliveries. **Experience Requirements:** + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. + Demonstrated experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. + Proven experience with financial project management reporting. + Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in a related field. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
