Qualifications:

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred:

At least 10+ years of experience in leading projects in an IT or Information Security organizationKnowledge of project management methodology to manage a large complex or several small projectsAbility to coordinate with multiple Service providers needed to delivery key hardware, software or network components per solution designAt least 5 years of experience in Java / J2ee project executionAt least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture reviewExperience of executing development projects in Agile MethodologyExperience in Retail, CPG domain. Logistics domain experience will be an added advantageAbility to lead multi - function project team through influencing skillsAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience in practicing Quantitative Project Management/ Risk issue and stakeholder managementExpert skill using Microsoft Project to drive project executionAbility to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one part of a project impacts anotherAbility to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leadersExcellent customer service and verbal and written communication skillsExperience of working in a Global delivery environmentIndustry Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2 etc.)Experience of implementing Lean, Six-Sigma best-practices and Capability Maturity Model frameworks.
