Plan the release windows and cycles Conduct release meetings Prepare hour by hour plan Coordinate with all application areas Conduct Go No go meetings, Conduct reviews prepare schedules Assist in change management processes Support post release issues Help to communicate release status, activity progress and issues encountered throughout the duration of release activities Serve as back up for other release team members and change management function
