Relevant Business or IT Degree or Diploma 1-3 years in a Project Administrative role Project management certifications or demonstrable career development activities would be a massive advantage 

PLUS experience with:

The systems development lifecycle, and methodologies such as waterfall and agile. Leading projects successfully (including budgeting, planning, quality management, problem solving, reporting, managing risk) Project Management principles & ability to use ‘best practice’ in all aspects of project management, with focus on practical results rather than process Manage delivery from strategy to realization Retail sector and broad understanding of traditional and new technologies used in a retail and online environment Be part of growing team, as we are always looking for new ways to improve our methodology and process. Be part of stand ups with the team ensuring plans are in motion and on target. Collaborate with the various team members of the projects assigned to you, such as developers architects and business analysts. Review and adjust plans and budgets across all projects. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Drafting presentations for project update meetings and steering committees. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and address problem areas. Define project success criteria and communicate to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Engage with and manage project requirements with third party vendors Ensuring risk and issues that may impact your project are identified, managed, and escalated if required. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Conduct request for proposal for new solutions. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, with management. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, engage with other department managers for internal resources or consultants during project cycle. Collaborate with Group Project Management Office on divisional projects
