What You’ll Do:

As an IT Product Owner, you will:

Establish and nurture relationships with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs. Work with the IT Application Development team to break down business initiatives into actionable work items and manage the development backlog. Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business value streams. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of solutions. Lead the charge in adopting agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and promoting transparency. Contribute to long-term technology strategy, ensuring our tools and processes support our growth and efficiency goals. Measure and report on team performance, showcasing the value and impact of the work being done.
