The IT Product Manager is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assigned IT products, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver end user value. The IT Product Manger works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including key business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to design, develop, implement and optimize IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

 

This role will be focused on clinical care products and will work to optimize products for our therapists and clinical care team. 

 

What you bring to be successful/qualifications:

Degree in information technology, computer science, product management or health-care related field.Proven experience managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering IT solutions.3 years of experience working in agile software delivery.Experience in designing workflows, requirements gathering, and tracking progress toward target outcomes within healthcare technology environments.Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology or Clinical Care documentation and EHR experience.Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and billing processes is a plus.Experience with Azure DevOps and process design software.Certification in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe) preferred. Responsibilities

Product Design
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders and IT development resources to design and implement technology solutions related to Revenue Cycle or Clinical Care EHR functions.
• Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Partner with delivery team to determine feature costs and timelines for roadmap planning.
• Provides consultative advisory support on key decision making between business and IT teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and functional subject matter expert for ATI IT’s Revenue Cycle applications and Clinical Care EHR product catalog.

 

Product Delivery
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Define and document business requirements for current and new technology solutions.
• Communicate progress on product roadmap, budget, and delivery timeline progress to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive end-user system guides for ATI EHR products.

 

Excellence & Leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve products.
• Partner with and mentor internal and external business analyst teams, fostering collaboration and delivering high quality software solutions aligned with product goals
